The Executive Committee of the Park will be responsible for admitting applications by companies and entities for installation in the Park. The Committee will, in its regular meetings, assess any application and will decide whether to accept or to reject the same.
When carrying out its assessments the Committee will study two documents. In the first place, the application of the company, prepared by the same and including the information detailed below. In the second, a report from the Park Management which comments on the said application and which evaluates the same with respect to the activity and situation of the Park and with consideration as to the synergies and goodness of acceptance or refusal of the application. The Park will give a written guarantee that it will respect the confidential nature of any information provided by the company during the process.
The application by the company or entity must be prepared by the same or by its appointed delegate, and will include though not necessarily be limited to the following:
Name, domicile, VAT number, brand names and constituent deeds.
Sector and products.
List of main customers.
Patents taken out or pending.
Proof of its innovative and technological nature.
How it can help or affect economic growth in the Region of Murcia.
Acceptance and willingness to comply with the internal norms of the PCRM.
Any agreements with Technological Centres of the Region, R+D Centres, Universities or any other collaborations with entities or companies which suppose the realization of innovative projects.
Records of R+D expenditure in recent years.
Systems adopted for quality and environmental management.
Relations, agreements or contracts with companies already in the park.
A medium term business plan, including company strategy and the methods envisaged to put it into effect. Planned investments, commercial and foreign activities, financing, HR policy and any other information relevant for evaluation of the technological basis of the company for the future.
Requirements of the company within the park:
Number of square metres and the use to which they would be put.
Number of employees and profile of the same.
Supply of electricity, gas, water, networks, etc., and any evacuation requirements.
Plan of actions.
General idea of the architectural project envisaged.
